From word of mouth to more leads than they can handle — in five months.

Before
Good crews, great reviews from the people who found them — and no way for anyone else to.
Green Thumb had everything that makes a cleaning company worth hiring and almost nothing that makes one easy to find. Work came from referrals and repeat clients, which meant a quiet week in February stayed quiet. The website loaded slowly on a phone, the Google Business Profile was half filled in, and nobody was running ads.
- Leads: about [TBD] a month, almost all word of mouth
- No Google Ads, no call tracking, no way to tell which jobs came from where
- Map rank for "house cleaning Markham": #[TBD]
What we did
Ads for the fast calls, the Maps listing for the free ones, and a landing page built for a phone.
Google Ads, Markham first
Search campaigns for "move-out cleaning", "deep cleaning" and "house cleaning near me", tightened weekly with negatives so the budget stopped going to "cleaning jobs" and "DIY". Call tracking on every ad from day one.
A landing page built for a phone
Service, area, price range and a three-field quote form above the fold. Loads in under two seconds on data.
Google Business Profile and reviews
Categories, services, photos and Q&A filled in properly; a review request by text after every job. Reviews went from [TBD] to 127 at 4.9 stars.
The ~140 a month counts every channel, organic search and social posts included. Those two aren't BookedNorth services; the ads, the landing page and the Maps listing are what we run for clients.
After
Five months in, the problem changed from finding work to scheduling it.
"Before BookedNorth we relied on word of mouth. Five months in, we're getting more qualified leads than we can handle."
